01Do we choose the exact flowers?+
We work to an agreed colour palette, scale and any fragrance preferences. The exact stems change with the seasons, giving you the best available flowers and a fresh look at every visit.
02What happens to the vase?+
A suitable display vase is included on loan for the life of your plan. At each delivery we collect it and leave your new arrangement in a clean vase. Normal wear and replacement are included.
03Where do you deliver?+
Our launch area covers Burnham-on-Sea, Highbridge, Berrow, Brean and Brent Knoll. For nearby Somerset locations, send us the postcode and we will confirm availability.
04Is the £25 trial tied to a contract?+
No. It is a one-off Welcome-sized arrangement for a local business, delivered and styled with a vase on loan. If you decide not to continue, we simply collect the vase.
